Everyone enjoys getting a pat on the back, and Crescent Real Estate Equities managing director John Zogg tells us that the firm's big focus on customer service paid off with winning the 2010 National Commercial Real Estate Customer Service Award for Excellence at Crescent Real Estate Holdings.

Crescent recently inked a 44k SF deal for Highland Capital Management  at The Crescent Office Towers, John tells us. Highland (an SEC-registered investment adviser with $22B of assets under management) is relocating from Two Galleria to Crescent Office Tower?s seventh floor of the 200/300 buildings. Crescent VP for leasing Tony Click repped Crescent, and Transwestern's Robert Deptula and Nora Hogan repped the tenant.
