Hotel Planned for Kingsley Village

Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co and Clear Springs Development Co are developing a 125-room Courtyard by Marriott in the Kingsley Village mixed-use development in Fort Mill. When complete, Kingsley will have 1.5M SF of office space, along with 150k SF of restaurants and shops, plus the hotel, the Charlotte Business Journal reports. There will also be multifamily units above the retail, as well as an amphitheater on site. [CBJ]
