NEWS LEASES AT PROVIDENCE PARK

Charlotte-based Merrifield Patrick Vermillion recently arranged almost 20k SF of new leases at Providence Park (I-485 at Providence Road), including a lease to Checkpoint Systems, which signed for 16k SF. Checkpoint Systems does shrink management (that's a service that helps stores manage theft, not keep psychiatrists in line). Checkpoint also does ?merchandise visibility.? (That's an industry expression that means ?signs.?) The company also does apparel labeling. Jones Lang LaSalle's Bryan White repped Checkpoint. MPV?s Stephen Woodard and Bailey Patrick repped the landlord, Marsh Bissell Patrick.
