Healthcare Financial Inc inked a lease at Heritage Two in North Quincy for more than 22k SF—another deal in a flow of Downtown tenants looking for space elsewhere.

"The campus’ urban amenities, Class-A office space and access to public transportation have resulted in over 70% of our tenants coming from Downtown Boston,” NGKF's Matt Morgan tells us. Healthcare Financial is the 15th company to relocate from Boston to Quincy since Campanelli acquired the Heritage Landing campus in 2013.

The South Shore property is attractive to all types and sizes of firms, notes Campanelli partner Dan DeMarco, with "immediate proximity to the Red Line a key to our success.” Since '13, some 17 tenants have taken 330k SF at the campus, which had been vacant for five years. In the latest deal, Matt and colleagues Mike Frisoli, Dave Martel and Molly Davis repped the landlord, along with Campanelli's Peter Brown. Cushman & Wakefield's Peter Trivelas and Rebecca Galeota repped the tenant.
