CRE Party Time!

It’s the season to enjoy old friends and recharge your contacts. (And if you have to have a cocktail or three to accomplish that, so be it.) We dropped in on several parties and wonder: Were you there?
At the Weston Golf Club, Avison Young partner Jack Kerrigan hosted some of his nearest and dearest: Brown & Brown’s Pam Brown, Emerson Hospital’s Kathy Marino and Jean Oldenquist, and Pediatrics West’s Jessica Hennessey.
We snapped Campanelli biz dev director Peter Brown, Crosspoint managing principal Jamie Carlin, and Duffy Properties principal Steven Duffy.
Tocci Building Companies’ chief enabling officer John Tocci was one of the men of NEWiRE attending a seasonal confab with scores of high-powered CRE ladies at the Boston Harbor Hotel. We snapped PegaSystems’ Dan Ryan and J Calnan & Associates CEO Jay Calnan at the Revere Hotel, where Jay hosted a rockin’ party. Dan and Jay are buds since JC&A managed the buildout of the tech company’s new 180k SF office in Cambridge.
It’s always recommended to have a holiday toast with the boss, so Nauset Construction project manager Julie Parker (center, blue shirt) lifted a glass with Nauset VP Ben Goldfarb (shaved head). He’s also prez of the Massachusetts Building Council, which hosted this celebration at the Commonwealth Hotel.
