Boston Firm Brokers London Sale

| The Triad Group's Andy Mann says last month his firm brokered the sale of this historic 1800?s property in London to Boston-based TJAC Development, which specializes in student housing. They paid nearly $20M for the former Royal Waterloo Hospital for Women and Children and plan to renovate it into a 300-bed student residence with lounges, WiFi, and classrooms. The exterior of the Heritage Building will be preserved and the interior completely redone. Triad has repped TJAC in about $100M of international transactions over last 18-24 months in London, Geneva, and Sydney. All of these properties will be used for student residences. |
