The mission of the Goldie B. Wolfe Miller Women Leaders in Real Estate Initiative (“The Goldie Initiative”) is to prepare women for senior leadership roles in all sectors of commercial real estate. The Goldie Initiative does this by providing scholarship support for graduate study, mentorship and networking opportunities to women with high potential who are committed to becoming the leaders in the real estate industry. Our program supports women pursuing graduate-level studies in business with a focus on real estate. Founded in 2007, The Goldie Initiative has assisted over 80 Goldie Scholars at Roosevelt University, DePaul University, The University of Chicago, Northwestern University, University of Notre Dame, University of Illinois, Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, IIT Chicago Kent College of Law and University of Wisconsin-Madison.
