Austin Fraser leased space at the same high-rise where Google will establish a 200K SF regional hub. Austin Fraser inked a deal for 6K SF within 500 West 2nd St., the Austin Business Journal reports.

Trammell Crow and Principal Real Estate Investors developed the 29-story project designed by Gensler. The 500K SF tower is 75% pre-leased to tenants such as Deloitte, the King & Spalding law firm and CBRE. It is set to deliver this quarter.

CBRE, which is also leasing the building, will occupy 22K SF as part of its Workplace360 initiative starting this fall. Google will spend $20.2M on its portion of the tower, according to state filings.
