Café Intermezzo Headed To Avalon

Avalon's keeping the retail ball rolling on Phase 2 while also getting a big name for the existing retail lineup. North American Properties  announced a string of new retailers for the 500k SF second phase of retail shops, including Rumi's Kitchen, Hop City beer garden, Lucky Brand, Brooks Brothers, Urban Outfitters and The Boardroom Salon for Men. The second phase also includes another 276-unit apartment complex, a 330-key hotel and a 74k SF conference center. In addition, the popular Parisian-inspired coffeehouse Café Intermezzo is lined up for a location at Avalon's existing retail development, and a Tesla store is slated to open later this month.
