A newly renovated Peachtree Corners office building has grabbed two new tenants.
Capstone Logistics and ConstructConnect have inked deals at 30 Tech Park, a 120K SF office building that was recently renovated to incorporate a loft office design. The companies leased 30K and 38K SF, respectively.
CBRE First Vice Presidents Peter McGuone and Heather Lamb and Associate Parker Nelson brokered the deals for the landlord, TPA Group, while Newburger-Andes Senior Vice President Steve Farrar represented Capstone and Icon Commercial Managing Director Eric Ramer brokered for ConstructConnect, which renewed its space in the building.
The transformation of 30 Tech Park — along with three other buildings along Technology Parkway — is part of an effort to lure tenants that are focused on millennials to the circa 1960s office park, according to a recent Colliers International report. Renovations in the other buildings are ongoing, officials said.
