IHG Renews HQ at Three Ravinia

Placeholder

In what may amount to the biggest non-shocker of the year, hotel giant IHG has elected to stay put at Three Ravinia. Officials with CBRE Global Investors announced that it reached a "multi-year" deal with IHG to keep its HQ at the Central Perimeter pagoda-like tower, where it also operates one of its flagship hotels. Cushman & Wakefield's John O'Neill, Travis Jackson and Lawrence Gellerstedt represented IHG. No details on its lease were disclosed. IHG at some time or another in the past couple of years has probably been one of the most courted corporate entities in metro Atlanta by area developers, having eyed anchoring a number of projects. But in many ways, the Central Perimeter market—once plentiful in its big blocks—got beyond IHG after State Farm started to gobble up space.
