Origin, Carroll Sell Alpharetta Apartment Complex

Placeholder

While it may be searching the Atlanta market for micro-apartment developments, Origin Investments is selling off some old school garden-style apartments. Origin announced it sold ARIUM North Point, a 236-unit suburban apartment campus in Alpharetta it owned in a JV with Carroll Organization. Buyer and details were undisclosed as of press time. The JV purchased the asset in 2012, and began mulling a sale at less than a 6% cap as far back as 2013. Origin has been busy in Atlanta's commercial real estate investment market, and is widely known to be scouting sites for Atlanta's first potential micro-unit apartment project.
