Could another little corner of Edgewood Avenue be going the way of mixed-use? The owners of 75 Airline St are seeking to rezone its parcel to a mixed-use designation. Details on what is planned there were not known as of press time, and calls to a representative on the property were not returned. Current zoning is partially mixed-use, but also includes industrial uses. The rezoning would make the entire parcel mixed-use. The site is sandwiched between Edgewood Avenue and Decatur Street, across from West Inman Lofts and down the street from Krog Street Market. According to a permit filed with the City of Atlanta, the rezoning proposal should come before city officials in August.
