Yoo In The Park Moves Forward

Imagine me and Yoo and Yoo and me... or just go take a look at it (if you lack imagination). It seems Tivoli Properties is moving forward on Yoo in the Park, its planned high-rise apartment tower at 13th and Juniper streets (the site we captured here on our trusty Polaroid instant camera). Tivoli and Balfour Beatty Construction filed permits with the City of Atlanta to begin construction on the 24-story, 404k SF project, which will include 245 apartment units, over 1,000 SF of retail space, a seventh-floor pool, and a six-floor parking deck.
