The Buckhead View reports that Fuqua Development has passed another hurdle in its quest to build a Kroger-anchored mixed-use project near Lindbergh City Center by gaining the green light from two Atlanta City Council committees this past week. Now the plan, which could include a nearly 200-unit Greystar apartment community--is set for a full rezoning vote with the city council next month, the local news blog reports.
