| TIAA-CREF has tapped CBRE's Will Yowell team to market all 2.1M SF of Concourse Corporate Center, including the iconic King and Queen towers that overlook I-285. (It's the French Revolution all over again, with lower stakes and a more pleasant view of things.) We got word this week that a bunch of teachers in California decided to sell the property. This is the latest in a collection of high-profile trophy assets that have hit the market in Atlanta, including Two Alliance Center, the Banyan Street Capital portfolio, and Hines Interests' One Ravinia Drive. | ||
