Novare Seeks $63M For New Apartment Tower; The Deal Sheet

Novare Group could be on the verge of obtaining more than $63M in revenue bond financing for its latest high-rise apartment.

Invest Atlanta is expected to vote today on granting Novare the financing forits SkyHouse at 100 6thStreet in Midtown. (Wasn't that a successful movie: Bond Financing in SkyHouse?) The property, slated for a December delivery, will include 320 units and 11k SF of ground-floor retail. The Invest Atlanta info doc also gives more glimpses into Novares plans for the building: Units will range from studio to three bedrooms at $1,395 to $2,756/month. 16 of the units will be designated for affordable housing.
