| Cushman & Wakefield's Nathan Swenson is bringing out a three-property portfolio in the next couple of weeks for MAA (formerly known as Mid America Apartment Communities REIT). Nathan tells us he's selling Hidden Lake in Union City (above), Park Walk in College Park, and Westbury Springs in Lilburn for Mid-America. The collection of Class-B properties totals nearly 600 units that ?are going to be yield-driven deals.? There is no asking price at this point. |
