Childress Klein Properties is quietly offeringthe HQ for Travelport.Sources tell usGalleria 300, the 435k SF tower in the Cumberland/Galleria submarket, is on the market.

While Childress Klein has tapped CBREs Will Yowell and team to sell Galleria 300, it is not being widely marketed and only being offered to select buyers, sources say. Calls to Childress Klein and CBRE were not returned as of press time.Marketing the property comes on the heels of Travelport renewing 130k SF last October and PowerPlan's 46k SF lease for the former RJR Nabisco earlier this year. Overall, Galleria 300 is little more than 80% leased.
