| Rick (left) tells us Georgia Power will use the building for equipment storage and distribution. We asked Rick about activity overall, which he characterized as fairly slow on the Southside: ?I still think it's got about another 12 months to go? before all gears kick in with the market. (That means Christmas 2013 you're buying that special someone a warehouse.) Leasing has diminished a lot of the supply, and Rick says it's only a matter of time before landlords begin to push rates upward again. CBRE's Chad Burd and David Nixon repped Georgia Power. | ||
