| Regent's David Tennery shared with us the rendering of what could become of the 60k SF building in the heart of Buckhead. (We hope transparent cars are part of the package.) | David says that any new developments in Buckhead—where five new towers went up on spec in the last cycle—will only happen asbuild-to-suits or with a significant preleased tenant (70% of the space, at least). The momentum in Buckhead is still there, ?albeit at a different level that in the past.?
