The event showcased a menu of curated cocktails, cuisine from Executive Chef Anthony Lombardo of The Hamilton and Andrew Markert of Beuchert’s Saloon, and classical music that highlights the cultural and historical connections between food and music. Here, Capital City Symphony board chair David Bell, artistic director Victoria Gau and general manager Sarah O'Halloran.

Taste Your Music is a community outreach project that sponsored a series of culinary chamber concerts and educational programs at local food and service providers during this summer, with this concert serving as the final concert of the summer. Here, Gourmet Symphony violinist Gabriel Lefkowitz and clarinetist Evan Ross Solomon flank The Hamilton events manager Jaki Downs.

The benefit concert united Taste Your Music’s charity and culinary partners, Gourmet Symphony and Capital City Symphony musicians, with proceeds going to the project’s charity partners—Bread for the City, Miriam’s Kitchen and So Others Might Eat (SOME). The orchestras were led by Maestro John Devlin. Here, McLean Orchestra’s Pamela Wright, Linda Sharp, her husband, Wayne Sharp, and Susan Soza.
