Streetsense Gala!
Last night we headed to the Josephine Butler Parks Center, adjacent to Meridian Hill Park, for Streetsense's Home is Where The HeART Is gala.
Streetsense's first gala showcased the talent from workshops offered to homeless neighbors. We snapped volunteer and event chair, Logan Circle Events' Tara Goushas, SerotaDesigns' David Serota, Streetsense artist Levester Green, and IT heathcare consultant Alyson Fletcher.
There were a dozen art spaces, including a heART Bus. Here, fundraisers Lisa Coll, Rachel Alansky and Fran Coe at the festive event.
Streetsense Executive Director Brian Carome and supporters Swinitha and Michael Osuri. The extensive silent auction included vacation packages like a West Palm Beach getaway.
