Dinner with Sharon Stone!

On Saturday night we went to a private dinner with Sharon Stone at the Potomac home of Shahin Mafi. 

We snapped the actress with J Street Group CEO Debbie Schiff. Sharon talked about a film she's planning to make, The Principle, a modern day parable about cyber-bullying, a topic close to her heart.

Sisters Goli Kashani and Gilan Corn bookend Monaco's Ambassador Maccario Doyle and the evening's hostess, Shahin Mafi. Guests enjoyed a lavish cocktail reception at the beautiful estate with a performance by a violinist. 

Czech Ambassador Petr Gandalovič and his wife, Pavlina Gandalovič, surround embassy liaison Jan Du Plain. Following the reception, guests headed to the beautifully manicured backyard for a dinner under the stars. 

Former MD Lt Gov Anthony Brown, his wife, Karmen Brown, Epoch Times' Alessandra Gelmi and Tony Rozakis. Following the dinner, Sharon Stone introduced a film, Admissions, for a private screening. 

Ambassador David Newman of Botswana is bookended by his wife, Changu Newman, and Sen. Ed Markey's wife, Dr. Susan Blumenthal. Guests dined on a three-course dinner with delicious tilapia and curried chicken. 

National Women's History Museum president Joan Wages, Remington Hotels' Ella Savon and Hind Debs. 

World peace advocate and Admission's writer and director John Viscount will work with Sharon on The Principle. He's with the Meditation Museum's Sister Jenna, travel writer Gary Wintz and Katerina Canter.

Honduran embassy staffers Norma Cerrato and Marcelino Pineda surround The Principle producer Gavin Behrman and Washington Diplomat editor Victor Shiblie.
