Concert For Warmth

Saturday night we went to Concert for Warmth at Martha's Table featuring Henry "Sheltered Turtle" Nam who amazed us with his unique, captivating performance style on guitar. We snapped Henry, who's performed at The Kennedy Center and TEDx, after the show, as guests mingled in the store. He told us he was delighted to play to benefit the lives of DC's low-income community.

We snacked on donated food and drinks from Occasions Catering, DC Brau and Honest Tea. Here, SRA International's Will Misko, USAIM's Danielle Dannenberg, Sam Licata and Grip The Mat's Ashley Braun.

Twice As Warm helped put the show together, seeing an alignment between its mission and Martha's Table, whose reps Meaza Yalew, David Porter and Jocelyn Torres, enjoyed the collaboration.

Twice As Warm spreads warmth through donating a piece of clothing to someone in need for each item of clothing purchased. Its motto: Wear One, Give One. Here, its rep Brian Lieberman is bookended by Will Knox and Make DC Smile's Massoud Adibpour.
