We went to the DNV Rooftop and Lounge at the Donovan House Hotel in Thomas Circle for Closed Sessions' Industry Night fundraiser supporting Food & Friends. We snapped Closed Sessions' co-founders Matthew Classens and Chad Spangler bookending supporter Laurin Trotman.
Closed Sessions is a series that started in 2013 to bring together artists, musicians, producers, DJ’s and music enthusiasts. Here, Hilton's Mel Green, with venture capitalists Bailey Gaither and David Galloway surrounding independent contractor Diana Valle.
DC's food and entertainment industry also supported local charity Food & Friends, which prepares and delivers specialized meals and groceries to those living with HIV/AIDS, cancer, and other life-challenging illnesses. The DNV Rooftop was the perfect venue, as guests lounged poolside while enjoying refreshing cocktails on the warm summer night from some of the best bartenders in the city while supporting a great cause.
