Last night we also went to the Shakespeare Theatre Company's Will on the Hill at Sidney Harman Hall, as Members of Congress, Senators, and DC insiders took the stage as special guest actors, such as BuzzFeed’s Jacob Fischler, Kate Nocera, and Benny Johnson.

The highlight of the annual event is always a performance based on Shakespeare but filled with political jokes and funny references to life today. This year’s Lend Me Your Ears, written by Peter Byrne and The West Wing Writers Group, featured actor Harry Hamlin, who has multiple Golden Globe nominations for his iconic role on L.A. Law and a recent Emmy nomination for Mad Men. We snapped him with Stefanie Erkiletian.

In addition to the show, guests enjoyed a cocktail reception and buffet dinner. Proceeds support STC’s many education, artistic, and community engagement programs, including school workshops. Here, AMD’s Steve Fester, Cleantech Open's Ellen Luttrell, and political and media strategist Ron Christie.
