Pet Night!

Last night we also went to Capitol Hill for the Animal Health Institute's 18th annual Pet Night. We met celebrity pets, including the one and only Marti who plays Sandy in the 2014 remake of Annie. He's with his owner and the NY Humane Society's Bill Berloni, who found him two years ago in a shelter mislabeled as not good with kids.
There were photos of members of Congress with their pets and the enormous Orion who plays Buttercup the cat in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay. Here, PIJAC's Rebekah Milford, Mike Bober, and Josh Jones, with House Republican Conference's Drake Springer.
The dessert table stole the show with a life-size cat and dog ice luge. Here, Pet Food Institute’s Emily Becker, Peter Tabor, and Nat Davies.
