We snapped the documentary’s executive producer Laurie David, the Oscar-winning producer of An Inconvenient Truth, who co-produced with Katie Couric. She’s flanked by White House's Obama Foodorama’s Eddie Gehman Kohan and Fed Up director Stephanie Soechtig. The film uncovers secrets of the American food industry, and the role it plays in our health.

CT Rep Rosa Delauro and NJ Sen Cory Booker gave introductory remarks. Here, Center For Food Safety’s Larissa Walker, Just Label It’s Katrina Staves, and the Humane Society’s Krystil Smith. Among the film’s statistics: 80% of US food products have added sugar; it predicts that one-third of Americans will have diabetes by 2050.
