Brabo Chef de Cuisine Harper McClure is another of the incredible chefs you’ll meet at our Bisnow Super Schmooze on June 12. He’ll serve classic mussels in a white wine sauce packed with shallots and garlic. Yum! You’ll be able to spot him by his towering height and big smile. Robert Wiedmaier nabbed him from The Federalist a year ago for Brabo in Old Town.
