Art Gala!
We went to the Artisphere for Washington Project for the Arts SELECT Art Auction Gala, its most important annual fundraiser. We snapped auction coordinator Erica Kempler, The Art Registry's Jessica Naresh, Enlinea Design's Henrique Siblesz, and Byrd Dental's Maryam Nabaui.
There was a silent auction of 150 art works by contemporary artists, reception, dinner with artist-designed piñatas hanging over the tables, and a DJ-fueled party. Here, collectors NIH's Howard Gadlin and Brenda Hanning flank WPA board chair Kim Ward.
