17th Street Festival!
We also went to the 17th Street Festival, wandering around the 17th Street Corridor from Riggs Place to P Street. Among the trendy restaurants, Duke’s Grocery, an East London inspired spot, was packed with guests enjoying its famous Proper Burger. We snapped Patrick Henry Elementary’s Lauren Swissman, ASN’s Allanna Wallace, Accenture’s Marina Irony, and Whitman Walker’s Chloe Shannon.
Presented by Historic Dupont Circle Main Streets, the fun festival included shopping at pop-up street vendors, a fun drag show, and a Pet Zone by City Dogs Rescue. Here, National Journal’s Jason Mann, Matt Rotman, NCQA’s Dan Roman, DC Public Schools’ Brian Pick, and Fire Trail’s Jon Caley.
