DC Lawyers for Youth held its annual Fall Ball at the Woolly Mammoth Theater. We snapped DCLY executive director R. Daniel Okonkwo with the Campaign for Youth Justice's Angella Bellota and Carmen Daugherty. Daniel tells us that DCLY, which is 7 years old, helped introduce the Youth Offender Accountability and Rehabilitation Act this year, which would help keep juveniles out of adult jails.
