This year is the 20th anniversary of the Abramson Scholarship Foundation, created in honor of Frederick Abramson, a Washington lawyer who passed away in '91. At a celebration at the Hamilton Live, we snapped founding member US District Court Judge Paul Friedman and his wife, Liz. Judge Friedman was also the Foundation's first president.
