The Party Never Stops in Vegas

This is Vegas, after all, and retail pros aren't shy about letting business mix with pleasure: Here's the Howard Hughes Co's swank happy hour last night.

At the aforementioned DC party last night at the Palazzo, we snapped the Streetsense gang: Richard Amsellem, Jeff Pollak, Raleigh Vos, Bruce Leonard, and Kelley Milloy.

The group responsible for the massive One Loudoun project (Miller and Smith's Bill May, Julie Dillon, Julie Tice, Ed Podboy and Malcolm Haith, and architect Jon Eisen) was all smiles at the Palazzo, and rightly so: Five new restaurants have signed on, including a new Matchbox and a concept from Robert Wiedmaier.

David M. Schwarz Architects has tons of projects in the works in DC. At the firm's party last night at the brand-new Linq mixed-use project (which the firm designed), here's David himself with Paul Beard of Vegas' Smith Center symphony, Schwarz's Gregory Hoss, and from Fort Worth, Texas, Sundance Square chief Johnny Campbell.
