The Mid-Atlantic real estate head for Kaiser Permanente received the top honor Wednesday at CoreNet Mid-Atlantic's 2018 Awards of Excellence dinner after spearheading the healthcare company's major deal in New Carrollton

Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic Director of Facilities Lorena Gonzalez was given the Pinnacle Corporate Real Estate Leadership award. The company in April 2017 signed a 176K SF pre-lease at Urban Atlantic's New Carrollton development, breaking ground on the facility in October.
