Title: Operations director, Crixus Construction. 
Years on the job: 3.
Company: Completed 45 construction projects YTD, with $3.5M in gross revenue.
Memorable project: Quicken Loans–2,800 SF high-end tenant fit out at 727 15th St., NW. Most fun was custom ceiling, whose design was inspired by a fabric swatch provided by the design firm.
Current project: 7k SF office space in Arlington that will include a wall with an extruded design built into the drywall.
CRE career: Worked as surveyor during HS summer breaks; then as a superintendent for a small home builder in NoVa; after housing bubble, worked for a government contractor; then moved to an interior office construction firm; launched Crixus in 2012.  
Grew up: Great Falls.
Current home: Chinatown.

First job: At age 10, worked Saturdays in neighbor’s carpet store, cleaning and flipping carpets. Salary: $20/day.
