Job: Raise money from foreign investors for domestic real estate investment through EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.

Company: Based in DC and San Fran; 16 employees in DC and five other full-time people. Ten current and completed projects; several more in pre-development.
Memorable project: The Coliseum–helped fund redevelopment of historic Uline Arena, which is transforming into 174k SF Class A, creative office space and flagship REI store.
Current project: 225 North Calvert in Baltimore–converting office building into luxury apartments.
