Company: Manages 7,000 apartment homes for third-party clients in DC market. Nationally, manages 35,000 apartment homes and 500k SF of retail space in high-growth markets. 
Memorable project: Shirlington Village – mixed-use project in 2005 before mixed-use was mantra. 
Current project: Starting 365-unit project in Arlington – involved assembling 13 individual lots and land swap with county. Project will cover entire block, include two buildings, a new public park and lots of amenities.
CRE career: Started as an architect but had opportunity to work for Streuver Bros. Eccles & Rouse in early 90s when company was developing urban projects. 
Grew up: New Jersey.
Current home: Potomac.
Schools: University of Maryland and Johns Hopkins.
First job: Mowing lawns.
Job in another life: Oceanographer.
Daily habits: Coffee, run, e-mails.

Guilty pleasure: Pringles.

Family: Married to Meghan 15 years; two kids (12 and 11).
Hobbies: Running, skiing, reading and beach with kids in summer.
Startling fact: At age 8, wanted to change name to “Chuck.”
