Job: Daily management of acquisition to disposition, including design, entitlements, financing, marketing, construction, leasing and turnover to operations. 
Company: Acquired, developed or entitled over 14M SF in DC region; manage 4.5M SF and lease 3M SF; development pipeline is 11M SF.  
Memorable project: Gallery Place – true mixed-use project critical to Penn Quarter evolution. Challenging and complex and involved almost everyone at Akridge.
Current projects: 2100 L St. – renovation of historic Stevens School and ground up development of 190k SF office building. Also developing 23-story office building in Reston Town Center, which will be tallest building in the area. 
CRE career start: Worked for Clark Construction after grad school for over seven years. 
Grew up: Fresno, CA.
Current home: Brookland.
Why DC: Girlfriend.
Schools: UC Berkeley, MIT and Georgetown.
First job: Painting rental houses owned by father.
Job in another life: NFL kicker. 
Daily habit: Make smoothies and lunches for sons.
Favorite app: Spotify.
Favorite movie: Coming To America.

Favorite vacation spot: Aspen in winter; St. Martin in summer. 
Guilty pleasure: Watch hours of mindless shows like The Real World or Guy Code on MTV when kids are out of the house. 
Bucket list: Heli-skiing in Alaska or British Columbia.
Family: Married, three sons.
Hobbies: Skiing and golf. 
Startling fact: Most mornings, wake up early to do 100 burpees. Won an office competition a few years ago doing 100 in just over five minutes.
