Herndon Project Lands Loan To Get Started

The Silver Line just turned 1 and plans for development projects near the next phase of stops to Dulles and beyond are well underway. One of them is Woodfield Dulles Station, a 403-unit, class A multifamily project near the future Innovation Metro Station in Herndon. EagleBank provided the $10.5M loan needed for its acquisition and predevelopment. The project, part of Dulles Station’s 63-acre “new urban” community, will have an iMac lounge and coffee bar, work and conference spaces, a resort style swimming pool, a rooftop deck, and gourmet kitchen spaces. Construction starts early next year. Metro says the Silver Line’s phase II will be completed in 2020
