16th Street Building Will Be Grande Again

The allure of 16th Street in DC remains and EagleBank recently financed the acquisition and renovation of one its most beautiful buildings by Fortified Property Group. 1218 16th will become office and entertainment for eventual sale. Built in 1907, it features a semi-circular staircase and an elaborate beaux-arts facade. With EagleBank’s help, it will now become a grande dame again of a grand DC boulevard.
