Cyber Hub Grows

Stafford County, about 40 miles south of DC, is home to a growing hub of military, cyber, investigative and law enforcement expertise. Companies like ManTech and SAIC, academic institutions like the University of Maryland, and several government operations have taken over 500k SF of class A office space in the Quantico Corporate Center Technology Campus. And to meet growing demand, a new 40k SF office building, with construction financing from EagleBank, will deliver next spring. Some more perks: The campus was recently chosen as the future home of the Stafford Tech and Research Center and a dark fiber network is being added for highly-secure data communication.
