Retailers Scoop Up Every SF at Crestview

Retailers have flocked to Crestview Square, a neighborhood retail center in Landover Hills. The 75k SF property, financed with an EagleBank construction and permanent loan, is now fully leased by tenants like Value Village, and 18 retailers like 7-Eleven and T-Mobile on a new 6,300 SF pad building. Perhaps the draw for retailers was Crestview’s prime location four miles from the University of Maryland, the Beltway, the BW Parkway and Route 50. The property is owned by long-time bank client, Broad Street Realty.
