Memorable projects: Developed 295-unit, fully-leased Solaire Silver Spring, first new apartment building in Silver Spring’s Ripley District. Since 2012 completion, developed Solaire Wheaton and has over 1,000 residential units in pipeline, including Solaire Bethesda. 
Current projects: Renovating office lobbies and adding amenities in several properties, including 2,500 SF fitness facility and self-serve micro-market at 8757 Georgia Ave; renovating public spaces at 8618 Westwood Center Dr. in Tysons and 5845 Richmond Hwy in Alexandria.
CRE career: Started managing industrial parks for Carey Winston.

Childhood memory: Watching underhand fast-pitch softball at Guy Mason Park and leaving with handfuls of foul hit balls most summer nights.

Family: Married 31 years to Liz (met while renting her house and working as an agent after college for Better Homes Realty); twin sons (college seniors), English bulldog named Winston (aka “Most Awesome Bulldog”).

Startling fact: Descendant of Thomas Jefferson (great-great-great-great-great-great grandfather!)
