Company: 250 offices in 60 countries; over 16,000 employees; four regional offices with over 250 employees.
Memorable projects: Randolph Square in Shirlington – 189k SF office pre-lease to PTO in ’08. Navigated delineation process and delivered lease before building completion. Also, Reston Arboretum II – 161k SF office lease to Harris Corp, within five months of BRAC-inflicted move-out. One of the largest leases in NoVa that year, and a multi-location consolidation solution. 
Current projects: Leasing 1881 Campus Commons Dr. – 245k SF in Reston for Columbia Property Trust. Also, working with Matan to renovate 1750 Old Meadow Rd – 142k SF building with direct Metro access and prominent Beltway signage. 
CRE career: Started as intern with Manekin under Jay Olshonsky during last summer in college. 
Grew up: Gaithersburg (Montgomery Village).
Childhood memory: Fishing at Lake Whetstone and Penn State/Maryland football games with Dad, who played football at PSU. 
Current home: Vienna.
Last job before CRE: Bar-backing and bartending at The Starboard in Dewey. 
School: Randolph-Macon College.
First jobs: Delivered Washington Post and picked the range at Montgomery Village Golf Club.
Job in another life: Marine biologist or NFL owner.
Daily habit: Picking up or dropping off kids at practices and games.
Favorite apps: Game Changer (can follow kids’ games when not there) and Flipboard. 
Favorite TV shows: Chopped, Big Break and Modern Family.
Favorite restaurant: BLT and Husk (Charleston, SC).
Favorite bands: Red Hot Chili Peppers, Stones and Jay Z. (Friends make fun of first concert: Men at Work at age 13.)
Favorite vacation spot: Isle of Palms, near Charleston.
Guilty pleasure: Hoppy IPAs (favorite is Ballast Point’s Sculpin).
Bucket list: Visit Hawaii, break 70, watch Nats in World Series and Ireland golf trip (going this summer).
Family: Married 16 years, son (12), daughter (8) and rescue dog (6).
Hobbies: Coach kids and Special Olympics soccer for over 10 years, snowboarding, golf, Nats games and cooking. 
Startling fact: Met wife, who worked at CoStar when quarterly updates were hand-delivered on disc. “We didn’t need social media back then.”
