Rockville-based Foulger-Pratt is expected to submit a final development plan next week for a 350k SF office tower at a key intersection in Tysons Corner. The project is planned for the corner of Chain Bridge Road and Leesburg Pike on a parcel that is part of the nearly six-acre Tysons Central development from NVCommercial and Clyde’s Real Estate Group.

Plans include 25k SF of street-level retail fronting the Greensboro Metro station. Gensler designed the 25-story project, which will have floor plates ranging from 20k SF to 28k SF and a green roof. Features will include private and public green spaces, a fitness center and shared conference spaces.

Tysons Central is a 1.5M SF mixed-use development with six new buildings that include offices, residential and retail among others. Foulger-Pratt placed the site of the office tower under contract this year. No anchor tenant has emerged, but the building is actively leasing[WBJ]
