Josh Peyton to Run Avison Young DC Office

Avison Young's 250 DC-area employees have a new leader: Josh Peyton will take over as managing director of the DC market, replacing Keith Lipton, the new COO of US operations. Josh has been a principal with AY since 2010 and has been on board for most its expansion, from three employees in 2009 through its acquisitions of Appian Realty Advisors, Millennium Realty Advisors, Realty Management Co and McShea & Co. "The positive trajectory of Avison Young’s growth globally in a relatively short period of time has been very exciting to watch," Josh says. AY claims to be the fastest-growing commercial real estate company in the world, and the DC office is right at the forefront.
