Avison Young's 250 DC-area employees have a new leader: Josh Peyton will take over as managing director of the DC market, replacing Keith Lipton, the new COO of US operations. Josh has been a principal with AY since 2010 and has been on board for most its expansion, from three employees in 2009 through its acquisitions of Appian Realty Advisors, Millennium Realty Advisors, Realty Management Co and McShea & Co.
