CACI Re-Ups For 221k SF In Chantilly

CACI International has signed a long-term lease extension to remain at Commonwealth Centre in Chantilly.

The company has re-upped its 221k SF lease with Equus Capital Partners, CoStar reports. CACI occupies 100% of 14370 Newbrook Dr and another 37% of the building at 14360 Newbrook Dr. Commonwealth Centre is a 100-acre mixed-use campus at Westfields.

CACI specializes in information solutions and services in support of national security missions. Among its neighbors in Chantilly is the National Reconnaissance Office, a US intelligence agency that designs, builds and operates the US government’s reconnaissance satellites.

Last month, CACI purchased L-3 Communications for $550M in cash. The deal pushed CACI into the top tier of government service providers and will increase the company’s annual revenues by $1B.

JLL’s Jeff Groh and Robert Shue repped CACI in the transaction, while Mike Shuler of Avison Young handled things on behalf of Equus. [CoStar]
