Last Night with CREW!

Washington, D.C.

Everybody loves a good party, right? Last night, the nation's oldest and biggest CREW chapter celebrated its biggest night of the year, and we hopped over to the Ritz Carlton to take in all the action.

We snapped two of the night's big winners, Baker Tilly's Barbara Schaefer McDuffie and JBG's Leslie Ludwig, bookending Leslie's husband Eric Lawrence. Barbara was honored with the Impact Award and Leslie with the Corporate Leadership Award at CREW DC's 9th annual awards soiree. Other honorees included First American Title's Susan Goldstein winning the Rising Star Award, Sheppard Mullin's Debbie Crouse with the Espirit De Corps prize, and DC Department of General Services' Sheryl Ellison Ponds taking home the Annual Achievement Award.

Look who we found manning the bar: Cassidy Turley CEO Joe Stettinius, who served as one of the night's celebrity bartenders along with Shalom Baranes, JBG's Paul Adkins, and Lincoln Property Co's Brandon Ernst. CREW DC prez Jennifer Bognet tells us the event was the most attended in the org's history, and that it also welcomed 173 new members this year, to go along withrecord sponsorship numbers for 2014.

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's David Prestidge, HBW Group's Pat Foley, Wingate Hughes' Amy Shavelson and Gavin Daniels, and Tishman Speyer's Marianne Burkart. The gang that arranged ASB Real Estate Investments' new credit facility won 2014's Dealmaking Award, while the design, development, and legal team behind CityCenter won the annual Placemaking Award.

Here's ABC 7's Autria Godfrey (left, in the green) posing with all of the night's winners, as well as CREW DC president-elect Bari Nichols of Lincoln Property Company (top row, far right).
